Below is a list of Embedded Network Providers in Australia. Table 1 shows those located in Australia.

Abbreviations & Terms used:

• (EEN) – denotes Embedded Electrical Network – which is a collection of networked electricity meters that serve a group of private properties & associated electricity customers, connected via a parent market electricity meter into the National Electricity Market.
• (ENO) – denotes Embedded Network Operator – responsible for & authorised by the relevant Regulators to operate an Embedded Network with multiple electricity customers, and on sell electricity energy purchased as a National Electricity Market Customer as recorded by parent metering, to customers within that electrical installation.
• (GF) – refers to ‘Greenfield’ an empty site with no buildings & no metering present. As part of the new development a ‘fresh’ EEN is established with a new site parent meter.
• (BF) – refers to ‘Brownfield’  a site with existing retailer metering within existing buildings & no (EEN) present. To establish a new (EEN) existing metering would need to be replaced with privately owned meters.
• (BFN) – refers to ‘Brownfield Network’  a site with an existing (EEN) metering system operating within existing buildings
